  • Redeem points against your favourite hair products, treatments and services, at a rate of £0.01 per point.

  • Purchase a product or spend on a service to be automatically enrolled on The House of Hair loyalty programme as soon as you spend in any of our UK salons. Please note that purchases of gift cards are excluded from Rewards points. Become a salon client of The House of Hair and instantly start benefiting.
  • Track your loyalty points in salon or via your online profile using either The House of Hair customer app, or by visiting our online booking portal and logging in to your account.
  • To start benefiting today, purchase a product or a service in any of our salons.

 

Loyalty Terms & Conditions

Loyalty points are automatically added to your profile every time you pay for services or products.

Redemption of points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, concession or voucher unless otherwise stated.

Loyalty points accrued can be used against any hair product, treatment or hair service in any salon. Points are not transferable.

The House of Hair loyalty points have no monetary value and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

Spending & Using Reward Points

As a rewards member you’ll be able to earn points as you spend. There is no minimum or maximum amount of points you can redeem in a transaction.

You are not able to redeem points online at thehouseofhair.co.uk.

 

Do Loyalty Points Expire?

Unredeemed points will expire after 12 months of inactivity on your account. If you visit one of our salons anytime within a 12 month period, your points will not expire.

If you are opted in to receive marketing, you will receive notification (two months in advance) of any points due to expire ahead of this taking place.
